Work at Calm.

We're building a hospitality group that treats calm as a craft. Right now we're preparing our first garden café, Calm. Indonesia, for opening January 2027 in South Jakarta, with Bangkok, Singapore, Bali and Kuala Lumpur to follow.

Every role here is about the same thing: making a guest's day feel lighter. If you take pride in the details no one is supposed to notice, you'll fit right in.
