The role
What you'll do
Prepare coffee and other bar drinks with care while helping guests feel welcome and at ease. The role combines thoughtful hospitality with disciplined preparation, a tidy workspace and reliable teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Prepare drinks to the house recipes and check presentation before serving.
- Welcome guests, answer menu questions and coordinate orders clearly with service colleagues.
- Clean and reset the bar, follow food-safety routines and report equipment or stock issues.
What we're looking for
- Some café, hospitality or customer-service experience is helpful; willingness to learn is essential.
- Warm, attentive communication and a steady manner when the café is busy.
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a shift-based team.
